Maurice Davis

Maurice Davis is a native of Sumter, SC and a 22-year US Navy veteran who, prior to his active-duty enlistment, was a restaurant manager and served in the Navy Reserves as an Aviation Storekeeper (AK) assigned to the USS Enterprise. In October 1998 he transitioned to Active Duty and completed Submarine Sonar Technician school and was subsequently assigned to the USS Charlotte (SSN-766), Pearl Harbor, HI. During his career he filled positions as a Navy ‘A” School Instructor, building/facilities manager, billeting supervisor, submarine electrical/electronic repair, and Aircrew Survival Equipmentman (PR). In addition to his work with Acushnet Project, Maurice is also a part-time commercial driver and full-time youth program volunteer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Peter C. Rudolf

Peter C. Rudolf is the owner of the Galloway Law Group, PLLC, based in Lake Stevens, Washington. He has been an attorney for ten years and thinks of his practice as an opportunity to serve his neighbor in a compassionate counselor, offering more than just legal advice.

Peter is versatile and open to taking on the most challenging legal matters, mediating agreeable resolutions, and prosecuting and defending those causes. Peter’s primary practice areas include: Estate and Trust Planning, Probate and TEDRA resolutions, Business and Non-Profit Planning and Development, Contract Drafting and Breach Enforcement, and Dispute Resolution, Firearm Law, and Real Property Law matters, including: Bespoke Agreements, FSBO contracts, Trespass, Nuisance, and Waste matters, Boundary Disputes and Easements, Title issue litigation, Land Use and Zoning, and Developing and Enforcing Home Owner Restrictive Covenants, HOA Organization, Management and Representation. Peter also enjoys working with clients to resolve complex and unique legal problems.

Before joining the Galloway Law Group, Peter spent two years as a judicial law clerk in Snohomish County Superior Court. Peter graduated, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and became licensed to practice in Washington in 2014. Prior to law school Peter studied physics, mathematics, computer science, database administration, and philosophy, before concluding his bachelor studies in business administration at Walla Walla University in Eastern Washington. As a law student, he was a staff editor for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice and co-authored Women at Risk in Post Disaster Relief and Collaborative Preparedness: Lessons Learned (111-112 Bahesehir U.L. Rev. 345 (2014).

Peter has served as Assistant Head Deacon and audio engineer at the Greenlake SDA Church and presently attends New Life Church in Everett. He has been blessed by God with a beautiful spouse, Faith, three children, two dogs, three cats, and enjoys way too many hobbies. He is an amateur racquetball player and 2A enthusiast. Peter also enjoys serving as a judge for mock trials at Seattle University.
