The United States Coast Guard Acushnet (WMEC-167) has already torn her way through history leaving a legendary mark, but her story is not over yet. She is now privately owned and the heart of many missions to come, she is now under restoration to be utilized as a floating fortress to house, provide essential needs, and create a foundation for homeless veterans and humanitarian missions around the globe.
